Have you ever imagined using a software to which you can ask questions about your shipment and its status? Everything seems possible with Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Nexxiot shares this idea. The company’s latest innovative solution, Scope AI, will provide an interactive conversational interface to answer your shipment’s status queries.

‘Which containers containing electronics are exposed to high levels of security risk right now?’ ‘From these assets listed, which had their doors opened in Antwerp overnight?’ These questions exemplify what Scope AI can answer, functioning in a ChatGPT manner.

Open ecosystem

The functional principles of the new solution are pretty simple. Scope AI extracts data from tracking devices that Nexxiot has deployed in multiple transport routes and gathers their key insights. However, it is also compatible with third-party sensors and API’s making it a true open AI ecosystem that updates in real-time.

“Scope AI allows clients to gain immediate insights into the status of their transport assets based on real-time data from the fleet. We are determined to make our clients’ lives easier by adding a simple, intuitive verbal interface to display the data generated by our sensors and gateways,” explained Ákos Maróy, Nexxiot’s Chief Data Officer.
