Confidence in the future of the rail market is at a five-year low. More than half of all rail suppliers believe the industry will contract in 2024. The findings are according to a poll of rail business leaders commissioned by the Railway Industry Association. The body, which represents the interests of businesses in the supply chain, says that the UK government needs to publish its work pipelines now.
