Moscow-Mumbai corridor to exceed 100 million tons, but when?

Russian Railways (RZD) has announced that the International North-South Trade Corridor (INSTC) has the potential to exceed 100 million tons. In terms of rail transport alone, the volume of this corridor increased by 60 per cent in 2022, reaching around 9 million tons. However, a mission with a capacity of 100 million tons indicates an even more ambitious project. How realistic is this?
