Hopefully construction works now substantially will add to capacity, added allowed axial load, etc. Current traffic, high speeds and loads has to be allowed for! “Attending maintenance” (repairing) now, regrettably, is the “normal” and reduces utilisation of infrastructure and of all assets, wagons, etc.
