First Smartron locomotive of Siemens on Romanian rails

Starting from 25 August, the Smartron locomotive manufactured by Siemens Mobility will be doing rounds on the Romanian network. The unit was officially handed over in Bucharest yesterday to leasing company CARGOUNIT, and to their customer Unicom Tranzit. It is the first of its kind delivered to the Romanian market.
