UK construction traffic reaches all-time high in latest freight figures

Whatever else may be negatively affecting the UK economy, the country is doing its best to build back better. Whatever catchphrase may be uttered by the politicians of the day, they all point to one thing. There is a continued construction boom, and its raw materials are delivered in bulk by rail freight. That’s helped the latest statistics from the Office of Rail and Road show a three per cent rise, year on year.
