The Office of Rail and Road (ORR) is launching an investigation into services in Wales. They say there is persistently poor punctuality and reliability, affecting both freight and passenger trains within the Network Rail Wales and Western region. Despite improvements seen in services elsewhere, the ORR reports an alarming decline in performance within this specific region.
