ELSI Group to build Russia’s first private rail line and port

Russia’s first private rail line is being actively built in the Far East by ELSI Group, one of Russia’s largest coal producers, owned by the Russian investment conglomerate A-Property. The new line is part of the company’s efforts to facilitate coal deliveries to the Asia Pacific region.
