PKP Cargo rebrands its Slovenian division

The Slovenian company Primol-Rail has been renamed to PKP Cargo International. The rebranding of the company, consisting of the name, logo and corporate colors of the parent company PKP Cargo International, emphasises its connection to the PKP Cargo Group, which according to the company will inprove its position on the international market.
The PKP Cargo International Group is a railway carrier active in Europe and a member of the PKP Cargo Group, a logistics operator. It provides national and international transport using single-purpose trains and integrated groups of wagons.
Integrating its subsidiaries
For its transport operations in Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia, PKP Cargo Group works with subsidiaries in the respective countries. Its current strategy is to integrate its subsidiaries within the PKP Cargo Group.
“The single name for all the companies in the Group – PKP Cargo International – is intended to better announce the presence of these companies on the international market and their close connection to the parent company PKP Cargo. I believe this change will have a positive effect on the growth of our business, not only in Slovenia, but throughout Europe”, says Maciej Walczyk, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PKP Cargo International.
