Rail freight’s transport share has been growing immensely during the last few years. As a result, new opportunities arise, new routes make their way between various destinations, and more customers turn their attention towards rail. As all of this takes place, we also observe new trends and countries emerging worldwide, claiming their role as rail freight hubs. Two instances are South Africa and Turkey, countries with much potential but also space for improvements. Today in RailFreight Live, we will explore these two destinations.
