As part of the agreement, FESCO’s logistics services will be promoted via the online platform of TIEDADA, thus becoming available to TIEDADA users. The parties will cooperate in optimising the technology of regular transportation of groupage cargo (LCL), based on intermodal and railway services. The approximate launch date of the project is April 2019.

FESCO and TIEDADA are also planning to work together on the launch of a new online logistics platform for cross-border e-commerce, an upcoming sector for rail freight between the continents.

Both companies are already active players on the New Silk Road. Tiedada is a subsidiary of Westrail China, with the main focus on rail logistics. FESCO is a transportation and logistics company, most known for its container transportation to and from Asian countries.
