A seasoned leader

Marcin Czachorowski has been active in the shipping and intermodal transport industry for over 25 years. In 2008, he joined the Rhenus Group, starting by developing a shipping agency and then chartering, forwarding, and container ocean freight. Having experience in building and operating marine container terminals, since 2020, he has been responsible for developing the Contargo Group network and intermodal products in Poland and Central Europe.

During the RailFreight Summit ’24, Marcin will participate in a panel discussion concerning the TEN-T network, its expansion and the logistical implications following it. During the panel discussion, Marcin will represent a leading company in the Polish and European intermodal business and analyse how he, as a professional, perceives the expansion of the European railway network towards potentially new markets.
