More than 5 billion euros to better connect Russia’s Far East

Russian Railways plans to invest 460 billion rubles (51.3 billion euros) in transportation projects in the east of the country in the next ten years. This includes projects to improve the freight transport network of the area, which is not as developed as the west of Russia. This was announced by president of the railway company Oleg Belozerov in the Russian media.
