Network Rail sets up hot weather resilience task force after sweltering heatwave

Following this week’s unprecedented heatwave, Network Rail is gearing up its efforts to make the UK network more resilient by launching a special task force for hot weather. “We’ve got to pull out all the stops to make our railway as resilient as possible”, says chief executive Andrew Haines.

With all respects… weather, however, is something just to prepare for – and accept… but “JIT”, Shift, the big, decisive, within supply chains, is permanent!
Fact, that railways, more than any mode, is dependant of infrastructure, by Nature makes it vulnerable, etc., etc.
Electrification, yes, but not anymore, by a mono structure, but a redundant a resilent, a timely – and sustainable!
On Time, low risk, supplies, is high qual and quality, at transports now pays, more than ever!
