Hopefully Upgrading provides with the, by clients of any port requested, a high quality railway, ensuring punctual, On Time, deliveries of cargo.
Now, otherwise, devastatingly, just “optimal maintenance” (suboptimized, repairing…) is goal, of a “state of the art” railway, that neither was designed for, nor safely is allowing for today’s traffic.
A new, Old Railway, safely, calculably, providing for 32,5 ton axial load now is requested at any upgrading! Capacity, now safely has to be added!
