‘One Million Club’ set to boost Eurasian traffic

Eurasian transportation has the potential to reach a million tonnes of transported containers in 2025. This is possible with the right model of cooperation, increasing capacities and improving infrastructure, the parties involved agree. “I am optimistic that together we can achieve an increase in TEU of 20 per cent in 2021 and that, in so doing, we can make further progress towards our medium-term goal of around a million TEU by 2025”, said Alexey Grom, CEO of UTLC-ERA.
