The logistics subsidiary DB Schenker made by far the largest contribution to the positive development of Deutsche Bahn (DB), which reported a positive operating result for the first time since the corona crisis this first half year. “The first half of 2022 is Schenker’s most successful in the company’s 150-year history”, said Levin Holle, DB’s Chief Financial Officer.

Quality pays, now proved by DB Schenker – and vice versa – by Netze…
Ironically, indeed it is, that shortcoming of Bahn, paves for success of Logistics, the daughter…
(Mother, with a market of less than 10%, thereby neither need to bother of Netze, nor of JIT…, etc., etc.)
For all, taxpayers, etc., however, except industry of logistics … – urgently a New Old Railway has to be constructed!…
(Rail…, track and infrastructure, may not remain low quality – and obstruct goal of EU!)
